Founding rate
Practices that join during early access pay a founding rate. Ask about it when you request an invitation.
One thing that never changes
A patient's existing link keeps working whatever the practice's billing state. Lapsing a plan never cuts a patient off from their own treatment plan.
Pricing questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You get seven days’ grace to choose a plan. Your patients’ existing links keep working throughout.
- What is a seat?
- One person who signs in. Dentists, hygienists, practice managers and front desk each use a seat. Solo has one; Practice has up to ten.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. Both plans are cheaper paid yearly, and the Additional site option is only available on yearly plans.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial runs without one.
- What if I stop paying?
- Your patients’ existing links keep working. Making new links needs an active plan.
